Today, The Minders, course lasts one year and merges three fundamental fields. First of all, in the field of humanities, much attention will be paid to the following subjects: history of food and gastronomy, cultural aspects of the same and the anthropology of food. The second fundamental field concerns the interdisciplinary aspects of the course that will deal with sociological and psychological theories linked to food consumption, the latest techniques of product communication and marketing strategies as well as some of the most interesting cases of enogastronomic journalism. The third field of interest concerns the scientific area will be finalised towards the acquisition of some basic concepts of food technology and mastering current techniques in sensory analysis
